Hey Edmonton, now is the time to make smart decisions.
Our city is at a crucial crossroads, and the choices we make today will shape the future for all of us.

As members of Civic Service Union 52, we know firsthand how important it is to focus on the priorities that matter most to Edmontonians—because we’re the people who make sure Edmonton runs day in and day out.
But right now, we can’t afford to lose sight of what really matters. Every dollar spent by our city should be an investment in what keeps Edmonton thriving. We need to prioritize the services that directly impact your daily life — the ones that keep our community strong and connected.
We urge you to think about the priorities that matter most to you and your family. These are your tax dollars at work, and it’s vital that they are spent wisely. Misguided projects and wasteful spending will only hurt the services that make Edmonton a safe, vibrant, and livable city for everyone. We encourage you to reach out to your councillor and advocate for smart, intentional spending that aligns with the needs of Edmontonians.
CSU 52 members are the heart and soul of Edmonton. Without us, the city doesn’t function. Our commitment is to an Edmonton that works for all of us, but we need your voice in ensuring our city’s leadership keeps its focus on the must-haves—the services that support our daily lives.
Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your city’s heartbeat. Together, let’s ensure Edmonton remains a place we can all be proud of.

Why I love what I do
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with gardeners of all ages and backgrounds to provide them with food growing spaces through the Pop-Up Community Gardens program. As per the 2023 ECF report, 1 in 5 Albertans experience food insecurity. With grocery bills rising, being able to grow your own food is something more and more of us are turning to for a balanced food cart.”

“I take pride in knowing that my work helps ensure our city’s transit system runs smoothly for everyone. I love being part of a team that supports ETS, and I’m passionate about the community connections we build. Every day brings new challenges, but it’s incredibly rewarding to see our positive impact, especially with our accessible transit services, including DATS and subsidized fares for low-income Edmontonians.”
